At Ahsen's Software Portables, every USB drive is strictly formatted, loaded, and tested for boot stability before it is shipped. However, I understand that occasionally hardware can fail or be damaged in transit. Please read the policy below to understand how replacements and refunds are handled.

7-Day Replacement Guarantee

If your USB drive arrives completely unresponsive or physically damaged, you are eligible for a free replacement. You must report the issue within 7 days of the delivery date.

• Valid reasons for replacement: The USB drive is "Dead on Arrival" (not recognized by any PC) or the bootable partition is completely corrupted upon first use.
• How to claim: Contact me directly on WhatsApp. Please provide a clear photo or short video showing the error message on your screen or the physical damage to the drive.
• Resolution: Once verified, I will dispatch a replacement USB drive to you at no additional shipping cost.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

Because software can be easily copied to a local hard drive once received, cash refunds are generally not provided unless I am unable to fulfill a replacement. The following scenarios are strictly non-refundable:

• Change of Mind: Deciding you no longer need the software after the order has been shipped or delivered.
• Hardware Incompatibility: Please ensure your PC meets the minimum requirements for the Windows version you order (e.g., TPM 2.0 for Windows 11) before purchasing. I am not responsible if your specific hardware blocks the installation.
• User Error: Accidentally formatting the USB drive yourself or deleting the boot files.

How to Request Support

If you are struggling to get your PC to boot from the USB, don't worry! 99% of the time, it just requires a quick change in your computer's BIOS settings. Before assuming the drive is broken, please reach out.
